Nexia International is delighted to announce that newly merged top ten US accountancy firm CliftonLarsonAllen has confirmed it is to be a member of the global network, enhancing Nexia International’s presence in the US.

CliftonLarsonAllen was formed following last month’s merger of two US firms of significant stature, Clifton Gunderson and LarsonAllen LLP. LarsonAllen was already an active and committed member of Nexia International. The new firm is focused on advising private companies and their owners, as well as public sector entities, and has revenues of more than US$570m. It employs over 3,600 professionals, including around 500 partners, and operates from 25 states and Washington DC. The new firm’s national wealth management practice is positioned as one of the top three in the accounting profession, with nearly US$3bn of assets under management. It also has a $50m industry specialised outsourcing practice to help clients meet their financial, tax regulatory compliance and reporting responsibilities.
