Nexia International German members Ebner, Stolz & Partner and Ebner Stolz Mönning GmbH are pleased to announce their merger with BFJM Bachem Fervers Janßen Mehroff. The merger will become effective on 1 January 2009. The name of the new company will be Ebner Stolz Mönning Bachem.
The combined firm will have an annual turnover of more than €90m and will employ over 700 people. It will rank No. 8 in the German market and will thus create a leading national multi-discipline firm right behind the Big Four. The firm will have 13 offices throughout Germany.
