New members bolster EMEA presence
Nexia International has strengthened its EMEA presence with the admission of three new member firms: A3T in Luxembourg, T&R AG in Switzerland, and Tariq & Cassim in Botswana.
A3T is a newly formed, three-partner firm based in Luxembourg. Founding partners Julien Didierjean, Jean-Philippe Roch and Andreas Tartoras are highly experienced, with a strong network within the country’s business community. The firm’s specialism in statutory audit services, including financial services audit capabilities, complements Nexia’s existing service portfolio within the Luxembourg market, which is largely tax focused.
T&R AG is an eight-partner, 75-staff firm covering audit, advisory and tax consulting within a single office location in Berne, Switzerland. Established in 1953, T&R AG is one of only 16 state-regulated auditing firms in Switzerland and the only second-tier accounting firm in the Espace-Mittelland region licensed by the Federal Audit Oversight Authority. Its clients vary in size and operate across a range of industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical and industrial products, insurance, food, and wholesale and trade.
Tariq & Cassim, Certified Public Accountants, is a two-partner, 12-staff firm established in June 2009. Located in Gaberone, Botswana, it provides audit, accounting, tax and management consultancy services. Current legislation means more companies in Botswana are now required to audit their financial statements. The firm has secured numerous audits and has also undergone a practice review by the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants, of which it is a member.
