The Senior Partner of Nexia's Nepalese firm, Ratna Raj Bajracharya, has recently been elected to the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) for the period 2006 - 2009. He has also been elected as Vice President of the Institute for the current year 2006 - 2007.
At the same time, the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance, has nominated Ratna Raj as a member of the Nepal Accounting Standards Board for a period of three years 2006 -2009.
